Refund policy

1. All discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

4. To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
• Take photos of the damage or the reason you want to return.
• If you are in Japan, please send an email through our "Contact Us" page with your photos, and return the product to Taito City, Matsugaya 2-7-6, Tokyo, Japan, provided we accept the reason for the return. If you are in another country, we will provide a refund upon receipt of the returned product.
• If the reason for the return is caused by the consumer, please pay the shipping fee. Otherwise, we will pay for the return shipping.

1. We only accept returns for products that were purchased for a price of $30 USD or more.
